Hugh Sazegar’s professional career combines 20+ years of progressive growth in the corporate world at Schlumberger, with 16 years of entrepreneurial venture. Hugh started as a Senior R&D Engineer in Schlumberger in 1983 and grew to various senior level management positions in the Schlumberger Group, including: VP & General Manager POS Division, President of Europe Middle East and Africa for Schlumberger Test & Transactions and President of the IT Outsourcing Divisions of Schlumberger-Sema, in a career that spanned 22 years.

In 2004, following the sale of Schlumberger-Sema to Atos Origin, he co-founded Techcess Group, an Information Technology Outsourcing firm, focused on delivering IT and Cloud services to SMBs (small and mid-sized businesses). Techcess Group grew from nothing to become one of the largest IT Outsourcing firms in Texas with 200+ customers and 52 staff.

The Company was sold to Konica Minolta on April 1st, 2015 and he spent the following 18 months helping Konica Minolta to ensure a smooth and professional transition, ending his tenure at Konica Minolta by the end of 2016. In 2018 Hugh and his partner started a new company called Techcess CyberSecurity Group. Their goal is to deliver Enterprise Level Cyber Security Services to SMBs (Small to Mid-Size Businesses).
